Arvia is P&O Cruises' magnificent Excellence-class cruise ship that entered service in December 2022. Built by Meyer Werft in Papenburg, Germany, at a cost of £730 million, this impressive vessel measures 344 metres in length and boasts a gross tonnage of 185,581 GT across 16 complete decks. The ship can accommodate up to 6,685 passengers, making it one of the largest vessels in P&O's fleet. With a service crew of 1,782, Arvia ensures exceptional service throughout your voyage. The ship operates at a comfortable cruising speed of 22 knots and was christened by Nicole Scherzinger in March 2023. As P&O Cruises' newest flagship, Arvia represents the latest in cruise ship design and technology. Originally registered in Southampton, the vessel now operates under Bermudian registry whilst continuing to serve British passengers with P&O's renowned hospitality and entertainment offerings.
